Agricultural Resources Workshop

This brand new initiative aims to provide workshops targeting historically underserved and minority agricultural producers and landowners, as well as new landowners. This will be a series of workshops to increase awareness of technical and financial assistance from the United State Department of Agriculture (USDA) with agencies such as the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Farm Services Agency (FSA), and Rural Development (RD).

Each workshop will last 4 to 6 hours and will cover USDA topics such as assistance programs, urban and small farm agriculture, and climate-smart technology. No registration fees will be charged. These workshops scheduled to run throughout North Texas thru September 2026.

The topics this workshop include: Pollinator and Wildlife Plantings, Technical and Financial Assisstance, Watershed Protection, Water Conservation and Urban Agriculture!
